All our staff have been carefully selected to meet national requirements in qualifications and experience along with an ability to work as part of a team, showing commitment and empathy to the children in their care.
Each member of staff is able to provide plenty of love and care that your child needs in its formative years and all the necessary references and checks are carried out before employment commences.
Additional staff training is always available to ensure that your child is being cared for at the highest possible standard and that all staff are kept informed of current legislation.
Staff at Scallywags are-
- ALL First Aid trained.
- ALL have regular food and hygiene training.
- ALL have knowledge of Child Protection, Special Educational Needs and Equal Opportunities.
- ALL staff have knowledge of child behaviour management.
- ALL our staff have regular Criminal Records Bureau checks.
